Add Node v0.8.26 #25

This PR adds v0.8.26 to address the recently found DoS vulnerability.

I'm unsure if bumping the default version in v0_8.pp to this version is also warranted.

Needs specs.

Do update the default v0.8 version as well.

That's just an API rate limit
