Which repository is going to be maintained? #53

I have a pull request over on mattheath/puppet-php, but this repo seems to be the latest version. I have merged the two on top of my changes in my fork, but which is what? And where should pull requests come to?

I'd prefer this boxen fork to be the main repository, though I do periodically merge these over from mattheath/puppet-php. Once I've merged your PR @sambauers I'll add a note to the readme pointing people here.
