Link the subl command into $PATH. Don't see any downside to doing this by default.

I kinda want to avoid the API breakage here (moving from a regular class to a parameterized one and whatnot).

I would be 100% fine with just giving everyone the subl command by default and maintaining the API.

Updated with no param to disable it.
