allow hiera changes to virtualbox version #27

puppet parameterised class with version and patch level allows to override the version via hiera configuration instead of changing the hardcoded puppet manifest each time.

Can you fix the specs for this PR and then I can merge it in. We should try and standardize this practice for most of the repos.
