Feature/allow for upgrades #8

Modified the manifest to allow the caller to override the version number or the location of the source.

Also modified the package name by appending the version number to the end, this allows for an existing virtualbox instance to be upgraded.

How are you supposed to upgrade without this option ?

Looks worthwhile but out of sync with master. I think what's on master could use some improvement like what you've done here if you want to rebase and reopen.
