Fix status-line-y-or-n-p #19

(Currently printing is not working, but nonetheless this is a separate issue with prompts that should be fixed.)

Currently Ctrl-p will lock up boxer because the follow up status line prompt doesn't except an answer and hangs. However, some other prompted commands do work, so we should track down the difference and fix the version of prompting that Ctrl-p is using to invoke the print command.

For example the prompts for searching with Ctrl-F work.

Updated the title of this ticket, under the covers the printer prompt uses status-line-y-or-n-p which is what is broken. Thusly the primitive status-line-y-or-n is also broken.

This has been fixed for a while.
