SNPs of locuscomparer are not the same as colocalization SNPs #24

Hi, I am using locuscomparer to visualize colocalization results, but the SNPs I draw with the R package are not the same as the colocalized SNPs. Could you help me with this? Thank you!

I have the same problem, the colocalized SNP (using 'coloc' package) was different from the plot one. Could u help me with this?
