KML visualisation #3

Extension to visualisation KML files using "view".

Need an effort estimate ASAP.

I have added KML support to https://github.com/deniszgonjanin/geopusher

If we go the route of converting spatial format to GeoJSON for visualization purposes, we can use that to visualize KML files as well. We can talk more during the next call
