Link shortner for Nukkit #284

Awesome to see you've added Nukkit support. Since links aren't clickable on MCPE it might be a good idea to add support for a link shortner since the link is decently large to copy on a mobile device.

On win 10 edition, you can copy the url from the form. Copy doesn't work on android (haven't tested with a custom keyboard) Haven't tested ios.
