Updated Chinese (Simplified) Translation #142

Some translations are strange, and some are missing, so I tried to provide a better one.

Besides, the chinese.xml inside the soft doesn't seems to be loaded properly in the SpleeterGUI version 2.9.1. Instead of showing Simplified Chinese, it shows Traditional Chinese. However, this one works.

I also tried to make a translation, basically the same as yours. But there is one difference. In consultation with practitioners, I translated "Full bandwidth" into "全频带", as the term is used more often on recording major.
