[Bug] Main window distorted when Change DPI Scaling Level #35

Change system DPI scaling level to 125% cause the software to not show all of its contents. Look: Screenshot_3 @boy1dr

Also, the Chinese localization is confusing.

i'll see what i can do about the scaling issue. Another fellow has fixed the Chinese translation for us, it is merged with this codebase but the next update won't be for a while. In the meantime to fix the language file you can save this file https://raw.githubusercontent.com/boy1dr/SpleeterGui/master/SpleeterGui/languages_source/chinese.xml to this location C:\Program Files (x86)\Maken it so\SpleeterGUI\languages
