Add dockerfile support for centos 8 series.
Modify Dockerfile.centos to add CentOS 8 support and fix the problem of CentOS 5 series not being able to build.
Modify modify_yum_source.sh to add CentOS 8 support and fix CentOS 5 series yum source problem.
