Let's just say I want to download some, movies (LEGALLY OBTAINED)

Does this use TOR?

I do not want to get an internet strike.

I am running this on Umbrel.

I don't think simple torrent has tor support integrated. You would need to setup the machine that runs it to connect to the internet via tor or a VPN on your own.
