Files that are stopped are still downloaded

Steps to reproduce:

• Add a torrent
• Click Files to open the files section
• Click Stop next to several files

Expected result:

These files should not be downloaded.

Actual result:

These files are all downloaded

Context:

This is on simple torrent v1.3.9 running via umbrel.

Thanks for your work on simple torrent, it really does make torrents easy! :-)
