cursor marker before progress bar tip #30

there is a cursor marker displayed which makes the progress bar less pretty. again, Terminal.app only, not xterm

(nitpicking, i know)

This again being OSX is hard for me to test but I have made a change that at least makes a different for me when i have a song playing and sit in ex mode at the same time. Try it out hopefully it will make a difference in this regard too.

yes, it works! no marker anymore!
