AccountManager login does trigger a reregister #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. First time registration in CTP Android app.
2. Login for ah service confirmation activity appears
3. After accepting, return to the main CTP activity.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

At step 3, a re-registration should be triggered; it isn't. This is a little 
hard to test because Android 
caches the ah confirmation...
