What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clear cookies
2. Click on chrome extension

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Login in a new tab occurs. Jarring experience. Should we login inside popup?

Experience is less jarring now. Still requires a tab to login but with OAuth 
this will be a once off.
