Monitor Only (Mute Output) and Volume Controls... #159

Whenever I use the "Monitor Only (Mute Output)", i'm getting an echo of the playback... in addition, why do the Volume sliders in the audio panel, not quieten the sound in my headphone, all it does is lower the green bars in the Audio mixer...

The audio bars in the panel just control the recording volume
