An OBS plugin that allows capture of independant application audio streams on Windows, in a similar fashion to OBS's game capture and Discord's application streaming.
The audio will quite quickly fall out of sync when you compare it to the audio out capture in default OBS. It can get pretty jarring. The only fix I found is to restart OBS, but the fix only lasts a couple minutes before it falls behind again.
