New certificate Expiry Date field #102

Hi Carlos,

Could you add an expiry date field where I could specify a date offset in months? So for example, I might want to specify that a particular certification will expire in 12 months from the date that the certificate was issued.

add a valid period, for example: 3 years after issue date, but i think months better then years See https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=222296#p1353273

It's not direct related with #113 , but Add {EXPIREDDATE} and date format too

[ ] create filed in activity configuration
- using a fix date or a interval based in (in moths)
[ ] create filed in issued certificate table (expireddtae)
[ ] add cron check, if expire date reached, mark the issued certificate to reissue with expired water mark
