Describe the bug A table doesn't exist, and i don't know which one it's. I have two table in my DB ( simplecertificate and simplecertificate_issues).

Moodle Version(s) The moodle version (Moodle 3.11)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Turn editing on'
  2. Click on 'Add a new Activity ( simple certificate) in a section'
  3. Scroll down to 'Set the Certificate name & Certificate text'
  4. Save the configuration
  5. See error

Expected behavior AI should see the certificate properly in my screen. Because the plugin developer said, we don't have to make any changes in code, also we don't have to upload a image file.
