Keep screen alive in non-HTML5 players #124

I think I can do this by looping a small embedded H.264 video in a hidden HTML5 player.

Hopefully this basic use of an HTML5 player does not cause significant overhead or trigger any player bugs.

Implemented in UI3-233 using a modified version of the noSleep script.
