Add an option to replace Profile selection buttons with a dropdown list. #43

Profiles have names which can be useful to see them all laid out.

This feature is coming soon and the old 9-button profile selection control will be gone, replaced with the dropdown list and a single button to the right of it, just like in BI5 local console. It will save a small amount of space and make UI3 better match BI5.
