fix: update WebGl constants to use new name #314

Set version constraint on pkg:test remove dependency on pkg:browser - not used Removed web:compiler config in pubspec – not needed

Hi! Thanks for the Dart 2.0 updates. I have raised the StageXL version to 1.4.0-dev and published it to Pub.

FYI. We avoid publishing -dev versions. Go with -beta, -alpha, etc...

Okay i didn't know that. So why is the SDK still called -dev ? Shouldn't this be an alpha or beta for a long time already?

We don't do -alpha or -beta for the SDK – it's kinda weird, I know.

We're VERY close to releasing "gold" for v2, though
