Big Sur Updates #18

InstallESD.dmg renamed to SharedSupport.dmg for lines 39, 324,325, 333.

Tested and working on 11.0.1 for upgrade process.

@oobidub are you running the latest version of the script?

I thought I was, but I see the change from 2 months ago with those changes, so disregard. Fully working to upgrade to Big Sur 11.0.1
