WIP: Sflow Support #102

I don't have much experience with node-logstash, but initial tests show that this seems to work, I'm very interested in any feedback/guidance to improve this feature and make it available to your project. (Not 100% certain if there will be issues with me using node-sflow as it is GPLv2).

@bpaquet The upstream has changed license to LGPL, is this feature something you would be interested in merging?
