Update OOo jars to 3.0.0 #17

Check that OOo 3.0.0 still includes the same 4 jars (juh, jurt, ridl,
unoil) for connecting to OOo and if so release them into Maven repository.

Jars are the same, just found in different locations due to the new OOo 3-layer
installation. On Linux:

  openoffice.org/ure/share/java/juh.jar
  openoffice.org/ure/share/java/jurt.jar
  openoffice.org/ure/share/java/ridl.jar
  openoffice.org/basis3.0/program/classes/unoil.jar

Released into the Maven central repository and updated pom dependencies in r45
