More chamber-specific data #183

@avnimalhotra I'm thinking of added the four fields below as a first step.

Exists now? Field Description
Yes CSR_AREA Ground area
Yes CSR_DEPTH Collar insertion depth
Yes CSR_TREATMENT Treatment (not structured)
Yes CSR_MSMT_VAR I actually think this is OK as is
No CSR_VOLUME Chamber volume
No CSR_OPAQUE Already collected in google form (T/F)
No CSR_PLANTS_REMOVED Already collected in google form (T/F)
No CSR_FAN Mixing fan? (T/F)
