~ESSD~ GCB figure updates

Waffle plot

• Fixed waffle plot running issue: we use the function from hrbrmstr/waffle
• Used timestamp data to capture actual record no. by year, instead of using start date
• Now represents records < 5,000 using ceiling()

MAP-MAT plot

• Now correctly SUMS MAP, fixing axes range issue

Map figure

• The map uses Stamen's Terrain tiles, which from their website says the background uses "USGS landcover and national elevation". The code for it is located here and if we need more specifics I can dive in -Also, we will need to use the attribution Map tiles by Stamen Design, under CC BY 3.0. Data by OpenStreetMap, under ODbL.in the caption (I've added this as a suggestion already)

This is getting a test coverage error error: package ‘lazyeval’ was installed before R 4.0.0: please re-install it?
