The step-by-step guide link (https://rpubs.com/bpbond/502069) on https://github.com/bpbond/cosore leads to a 404 not found error message. I couldn't find the corresponding document under https://rpubs.com/bpbond/ either. This document would be very helpful if it still exists. Thanks!

@hrdawson That's weird — not only has it vanished, but I'm getting an error when I try to re-upload it.

For now, here it is in PDF form: cosore-data-example.knit.pdf

...and I'll try to figure out what's going on with the online version.
