cn.wsj.com no longer works #147

Always first see changelog and search (domain) name in (all) issues (& use latest ext. version). Also request host permission for unlisted domain (by clearing cookies once by BPC-icon/pin to extension toolbar): X = no fix).

No fix for cn subdomain: support will be removed from add-on.

You can read the English version of the article for now, it's a bit annoying but at least it's usable
