Always first see changelog and search (domain) name in (all) issues (& use latest ext. version). Also request host permission for unlisted domain (by clearing cookies once by BPC-icon/pin to extension toolbar): X = no fix).

Describe issue/request: external sites failed to load from och.to/unlock this belongs to several Papers och.to seems down

Indeed, but for most sites (which use this external site-fix) there's no alternative.\ Wait and see if they can fix it.
