About desktop wallet #2

Hi Bitpaycoin; I download software desktop wallet on 1st November, why it's still old version ? and all my coin I transfer to my desktop wallet will lose ? This mistake didn't make by me, please fix it

I follow your step, download follow your link and my wallet is still old version, and all BP coin I bought transfer to this wallet will lose ? why ?

Choise your wallet

  1. Download the Bitpaycoin Wallet from the Desktop Wallet Application;
  2. Register to become Bitpaycoin's member, by click User on the top right side, and click to Sign up tab, input your information and click Sign up button. Check your email and click to the link to confirm your registration. ** If you do not have a sponsor, you can using administrator for Sponsor ID field.
  3. Login to your user control panel, Click to Wallet button on left menu.
  4. Deposit the quantity of Bitcoin that you desire in your BitpayCoin BTC wallet.
  5. When the campaign will be active Come back to ICO page (this page).
  6. Click to Buy Bitpay Coin Button, Input the BP wallet and quantity (betwen 50 - 20.000BP for each account) that you want to buy and click Buy now button (if you do not input BP Wallet your bitpaycoin will come to your BP Wallet in your Bitpaycoin.co control panel, you can withdraw whenever).
  7. Look inside your wallet and you will find your BP (after the transaction will be confirmed).

Please clarify, you buy bitpaycoin by transfer to cold wallet and your wallet does not get bitpaycoin or you send bitpaycoin from cold wallet to your wallet on web back office (bitpaycoin.co).

I send coin from my desktop wallet to BP web wallet and my web wallet on your website never receive any coin Verison of my desktop wallet is 1.3.1.2

I read it , I download desktop wallet new verison 1.3.1.2 why I still can't send coin from my desktop wallet to BP web wallet ?

The bitpaycoin address in the back office can transfer coin to each other. However, the back office cannot have received coin from the wallet yet, so do not transfer coin from the cold wallet to the back office wallet address.

It's mean all BP coin in my desktop wallet still be available and safety ? I only need to hold in my desktop wallet and don't send to BP web wallet ?
