Make the script configurable through a config file

Some options could be set in a config file:

• [x] Use a specified cloud domain, don't ask for input
• [x] Use a specified user account/password, don't ask for input
• [x] Set UI language
• [x] Set UI color design
• [x] Set a token that must be provided to use the script
• [x] Disable https override
• [x] Specify a list of metadata columns as default selection
• [x] Preselect group to filter by default
• [ ] Set column order
