Move from Python 2.7 to 3.xx ? #11

It is clear that Python 2.7 is being depreciated. Was just wondering if you have plans to update to the 3.x branch (Current)

Dependencies are making installing difficult.

13 (v0.4 release) now requires Python 3 and has been tested with Pi-Hole 5.0. If you run into any issues with it please open a new Issue.
