Fix Credit Roles rendering on Issue Detail view #265

Describe the bug DjLint changed the spacing of the credit roles in the IssueDetail template so that it placed spaces before and after a comma.

Expected behavior Roles are shown as Publisher, Chief Creative Officer and not as Publisher , Chief Creative Officer
