As a conference organizer, I would like to, not only filter papers I have (not) rated, but also filter papers by an exact note (eg. see all :heart:, see all 3 :star:...)

Some workflows have restrictions on rating (eg. one 5 :star: per category, one :heart: and so on), so having the possibility to filter by this criteria would be a time saver :).
