When comparing the datasets against the previously shared data, there does not appear to have any overlap between them.
Cape Cod shoreline data seem to come from the USGS Global Islands database (in particular -- big islands). Should these data continue to get used or should the MA CZM for shorelines 1800 - 2014 get used?

For the Cape Cod limit, use the USGS global islands dataset since it maintains consistency with previous analysis and does not contain gaps along the shoreline.
