docs: wrong default value for max_cat_bytes #3531

in bpftrace.adoc the default value for max_cat_bytes is indicated as 10000, while it is 10240 https://github.com/bpftrace/bpftrace/blob/32d12ad522e09e1e37acbca265e571a233c6d6a8/src/config.cpp#L19
