Please consider adding migrage+clone functionality. #969

Currently it's impossible to use Parker+Terraform in combination with Proxmox cluster, because Proxmox does not allow to clone the template, created by Parker to another node. It their bugzilla they say that they suggest to do migrate+clone as a workaround. Would be nice to have this supported in this plugin
