Add support for localization #74

A translation addon must be translated itself!

Finnish localization added for an example what is needed to localize for a language.

Should close #29.

The languages on the popup should be translated too.

Right-to-left languages might need some extra care.

The from and to languages are now localized, I believe that's everything.
