prevent duplicate fox photos #13

stretch goal: check to make sure random fox photo isn't one the user already has

(user might be disappointed to get multiple of the same fox photos)

when a fox photo is received from RandomFox, check URL against URLs in earnedFoxes array
when a fox photo is received from RandomFox, check URL against URLs in localStorage array
if the URL already exists in either of those places, make a new API request
(maybe max requests at something like 3 to avoid spamming the API)
