papercite will switch (~2 months) to the citation style language, so you will have plenty of formats to choose from - hopefully, one will match your needs.
I took the styles from another project but did not check there correctness though. But feel free to submit a patch (you can edit the style files right from wordpress - but beware, they are overridden when updating the plugin).

in proceedings there are no authors but only editors. Also see [1] which bibtex fields are used in a proceedings entry. However, using your formating, e.g., harvard, lists authors resulting in showing the year first instead of the editors (see Book:Editor at [2]).
