Multi language support #3

In particular German was suggested. Also Latin (though I don't believe Wordle supports Latin yet, but I bet we could PR that one too : )

Intent is to use a LANG=... override, similar to how we added support for controlling whether or not system dictionaries were used in 063a71bfa0a80b4165d88f42acc007b99da19170.

Added basic support for this in 944dfea8dad6d16681e8418d2fa6d0f418121c2e via the WORDLE_LANG environment variable.
