`assets` folder missing from distribution #1036

Describe the Bug

bpmn-js-properties-pane@5.14.0 ships without dist/assets folder.

Steps to Reproduce

Cf. v5.14.0, compare to v5.13.0.

Expected Behavior

Assets ship with distribution.

Environment

Host (Browser/Node version), if applicable: [e.g. MS Edge 18, Chrome 69, Node 10 LTS]
OS: [e.g. Windows 7]
Library version: [e.g. 2.0.0]

This is expected behavior since v5.0.0, however we do not clean the build (dist) directory as part of pre-publish, hence old CSS files are released again and again.
