Add `Version tag` field

• adds Version tag field to processes

• adds Version tag field to resources linked through version tag option

• adjusts the Binding type tooltip

We probably want to add a link to the (not yet existing) documentation to the tooltip and also rephrase the tooltip itself. @crobbins215 @lmbateman
