Add `Binding type` field

As a follow-up to https://github.com/camunda/zeebe-bpmn-moddle/pull/61 we need to add a Binding type field to call activities, business rule tasks and user tasks.

• [x] Add dropdown "Binding" with the options latest and deployment to
  • [x] Called element group of call activities
  • [x] Called decision group of business rule tasks (below Decision ID)
  • [x] Form group of user task (implementation type: Zeebe user task + form type: Camunda Form or implementation type: Job Worker + form type: Camunda Form (linked))
• [x] Add tooltip to dropdown which explains the different options.
