feat: allow time date in boundary and intermediate catch events

• adds support for time duration for timer start events in event sub-processes (supported by Zeebe)
• adds support for time date for timer intermediate catch and boundary events (supported by Zeebe 8.3)
• removes handling cases of only one timer expression type available (and removes legacy IDs)
• refactors tests
