Did we deliberately not migrate the Camunda 7 descriptions to tooltips?

Not deliberately, no. C7 doesn't have the "documentation" links as C8 does. Other than those, I changed ones that were too long: like the timer props which I also changed in C7 too. But if I'm missing any other cases in C7 that need them, please let me know.
