Label Position Not Adjusted on Connection Layout #1339

Describe the Bug

When a connection is laid out after its source or target was resized the label position is not adjusted in some cases such as the one shown in the GIF.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Model the shown diagram
  2. Resize the sub process

Expected Behavior

Label position is adjusted.

I think it might be the same issue but this also occurs when adding new lanes on 8.7.1:

Cannot reproduce this anymore with bpmn-js@13.
